Hey, I’m Anna!
From an early age, Anna always had an immense curiosity for the world. Whether it was the periodic visits to see family in the Philippines growing up, or when her mother took her to the library weekly and she would pick out travel guides to read, Anna was drawn to the unfamiliar and unknown.
Anna's first solo trip to New Zealand was at the age of 20 years old, but returned home wanting to explore more. She was a Mechanical Engineering college student at the time, but started studying the art of travel hacking in order to collect points, find the cheapest flights and hostels, and figure out ways to see the world on a budget. She wanted to prove that you can travel if you’re willing to go outside of your comfort zone to save money -- and that's how Anna Round the World began.
